Way too many speed bumps! Seriosly they also raise their rent wayyyyy to much and force you into 30 year leases or threaten to evict you. I'd steer clear if I was in a need for rental property.

They do not inform you when you move in the rent increases 15-25 dollars every year. And this year 2020 another 35.00 increase. I do like living here in my home but, financially it is quickly becoming more and mor expensive just for the lot fee.

I have a friend who lives here it seems like a nice place to live. My kids, husband and I enjoyed the pool and playground when we were invited to swim and play. They should have a sign posted somewhere that states where the office is though, when we were interested in living there we had to ask a maintenance guy because the number that Google gives out is disconnected.
