I normally enjoy shopping here, but today was kind of ridiculous. When I was trying to pay, I was using my husband's card because I left my wallet at the house. Spent 5 mins maybe more trying to pay with that card thinking that the card was the problem because my husband had a card that was broken and I thought it was that one. I tried to call my husband while I was still trying to pay, the cashier was nice, but she just started having a conversation with the other cashier while I was there struggling trying to pay. When I finally got my husband on the phone, he said card is new. The lady then told me that it was probably their machine. I understand that happens, but I told her multiple times that the card I was using was not mine and I didn'thave my wallet and my Samsung pay did not have any card. Line was long, all I was trying to do is pay fast and leave. They did not try to use a different machine and I just got tired and decided to leave. Definitely going to avoid this store during the holidays because is not fun to spend an hour or so at the store picking Christmas presents to end up leaving with nothing.
