Positive: Reasonable price Negative: Front desk staff was not very friendly and was sometimes absent or hard to find. Coffee machine worked when it wanted to. Bed was not very comfortable.

Positive: Staff was nice Negative: We had power go out 3 hours in the morning no breakfast when asked if possibility of partial credit they said no. No pool as advertised and no pets as advertised they said a lot of people had been questioning that also.

Positive: Location was great, workers were friendly, although, we ask for extra towels and never got them. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner, and we had 2 shampoos, but no conditioner. AC worked really well! Negative: Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. New to invest in new mattresses for sure!! No elevator, stairs with 79 yr old was not easy.

My Son and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent customer service. I would love it if there was a pool there and if the customer's had the option of smoking rooms available. It's inconvenient especially when you're a Senior Age and have to go outside to smoke and there's not even a chair or table to sit down. However, I would recommend this one and it's priced reasonable. 🥰❤
