I went through the drive-through to place an order for three turkey sliders crinkle fries and a medium peach lemonade light ice and some sauces. She told me to drive around front to get my total , when I get to the window she passes me my cup it’s a lot of ice I asked her if she could pour some ice out she said we cannot do that I said but I ordered a light ice and it’s not even full to the top and she just looked at me and said we can’t. I was upset because it was too much ice and the drink itself wasn’t even covering the Arby’s logo. she passes me my food I drive off and in the bag there is sauce that I didn’t request but not the sauce that I ordered and my fries were cold and I only received two out of three of the sliders but she charge me for all of them.

My wife and I had roast beef sandwiches and became I'll that evening and the next day. I'm not sure if it was the sandwiches but we think it was.

The food is good no problem there. We have ordered on line twice both times when we got there the staff said the order did not come through we left with out food. The money did come out of our account over 45 dollars altogether. We call the main office and they said they would send a refund...it never came.

Closed over 2 hours early. Please be a professional business like most others in our times and update your times online so people don't waste they gas and time going to your restaurant. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
