If I could give this place a zero I would! Twice my husband and I have been there to dine in and twice we were waiting for over 15 minutes to be welcomed. A family of fur came in 10 minutes after us and we’re served with drink two minutes after their arrival. We were still waiting. Very sad and I am very disappointed because we love their wing and have always been respectful to the waitresses but this really ticked me off! They weren’t even busy, but waitresses and waiters both look at us at the table and yet no one came. I felt horrible being there. I will never go back! Instead we went to Salt Grass Steak House where we felt welcomed and the food was better. STAY AWAY FROM Buffalo Wild Wings!

The number of stars represents the number of times I’ve been here and had bad experiences. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt that either: you’re new, you’re busy, or you’re low on help. But when you’re just plain sorry I can’t. This was the last straw, a friend had me pick up their food. The food got lost in the system; cool no problem they’re gonna remake it. And Mike offered me a drink while I waited. 15 minutes later the young lady came out saying: sorry we don’t have it. Trying to remain calm I question her and asked to speak to their manager because no worries you lost the food but what happened to the food that was being remade? It’s never a time that I can have a good experience at this place. I would’ve been more reasonable if everyone was working but you have 5 workers lounging. So clearly you have enough help. Thank you Mike for being the only there that showed great customer service.

First time here. Not too busy at lunch time on a Friday. Had a $3 house draft, tasty and cold. Had a brisket sandwich. Good food, reasonably priced. Bartender put on the game I requested. Large bar and lots of table seating.

Had some of the best wings in over two years from this location!! Whoever made the sauce for the “Hot” wings and the “Desert Heat” Dry Rub Seasoning needs a raise! Whoever made these wings tonight at 8:15-8:45pm on December 15th in Knightdale also needs a raise, not dried out at all, superior flavor and the “Hot” wings are actually hot!! Thank you to the kitchen crew for this excellence! Credit where credit is due.
