The place was very busy yet I was seated quickly. My server was very efficient and took care of me very well. Food was very good and hot. Enjoyed the meal.

First of all.. . it's NOT build to suppress sound, so it's always noisy. The Spanish lady in the next table had her phone on speaker..... I could hear that better than my wife. There should be rules for that....... don't think I'll be back

This was perhaps my last visit there. The service was very bad. The waiter wrote our order down and still got it wrong as he did to the table next to us. Then what food he bought us was cold and not very well cooked. Then he had the nerve to ask for a tip. After we told him what was wrong with the food he offered no apology.

IHOP was extremely busy so receiving the food took a lot longer then I'm use to it taking. The server was very nice and accommodating. The food was good. I'd go back to this location again.
