The staff is not friendly at all. On my last visit the staff was putting up accessories and would not move for my mom and myself until the lady behind the counter said something in their language. They have all the products that you need but they have zero customer service.

I've been going to Sensational for 3 years. They do great work. She even carries exclusive hair for Nubian Twist that I love. With that being said, my own daughters now get there hair done here and recommend to others. Best atmosphere Ive been to and very neat/ clean

My experience was approximately (2) years ago (give or take a year or two) lol Let me start with how helpful the gentleman behind the counter was (There was another dude who was absent from manners and the English language, or at least that’s what his rudeness had me to believe)but there was something about everything else that made his mere existence unimportant. I mean really....... Everyone else was pleasant and helpful. (Even the conversation was good) Now back to the handsome, helpful gentleman that was behind the counter. He quickly disappeared for Prayer (I later found out he was the owner) and he had his talented and beautiful daughter further assist me. Let me hurry and get to the chase...... I haven’t returned to this establishment till now because being new to NC and from the country I had no clue where I was. I found them.... THANK GOODNESS!!! I’ll update my review next week sometime. I can’t wait (I’m actually excited) Hope they’re still there. I want his daughter to do my hair, I want to get some products... Hell, I may even buy some hair. Calling in the morning.. (keep your fingers crossed for me🤞🏽)
