Awful. Had an issue in not receiving my laptop for my grandson-which was ordered a week ago. It was scheduled to be delivered in two days. After looking into the status. I learned that it wasn’t ordered. When expressing my concern-the manger tried selling me one for almost twice the cost. Refused to take responsibility, and was extremely arrogant and rude and got lost-leaving the sales associate to do what he should have done. In addition-the General Manager was as equally dismissive in addressing my concern. The Best Buy’s in Knightdale NC has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My next step is the corporate office and the better business bureau.

I went here to buy a laptop. Showed them the deal online …. And no one could help not even manager Nick. He was very impolite when telling me he guess I’m gonna just have to buy it online or go to another Best Buy! I wish another place had the deal on the laptop I wanted, I really hate spending my money where I don’t feel wanted! They told me I would have to pay shipping for a sleeve that comes with a deal…. Doesn’t even make sense …..HORRIBLE

This location is one of the worst locations I went in to buy a headset and I had someone come and help they told us the price and when I went to check out the price was higher. 5 minutes and 3 employees and a manager and still waiting. Went up and we told the manager and he did not care and started to argue with us and kept saying a customer moved the headset into the wrong place however it was 6 headsets. The manager kept saying she was a new employee and you would as a customer have complained of no one helping you. I will buy the same thing from Amazon and no more bestbuy never again. Manager and associate need to get re trained on how to communicate with people.

So I bought from Best Buy several items in one day and each time I buy something from Best Buy they offer you to warranty because they're proud of so s*** now I'm perplexed. They are definitely not concerned with customer retention

Absolutely not. That's not their job to find you the best deal. That's your responsibility. But what they will do is price match most of the time and within reason. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Which matters theses days.

Apprently even if they break it themselves they wont do anything to help anymore and just tell you youre screwed pretty much. Buddy just had a $1000 tv delivered and broken upon arrival. They told hik hes SOL and to get it repaired for about $700.
