I'm enjoying living at Lauren's Way. Love the area. Everything's convenient. I have had no problems with maintenance when something is in need of repair. The office crew are very polite and nice.. Love the way the grounds are kelp and maintained. I would highly recommend Lauren's Way living.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Lived here for nearly 3 years. I am so excited to move. My AC has been out for well over a week and the only answer I've gotten is "we're ordering the part. It will be here tomorrow." I've gotten that response every day and still no AC. Any time I call maintence for an issue it takes them at least 2 trips for them to fix anything. I initially called about a problem with the AC 2 or 3 months prior to it going out. And they said there was no issue. They gave me a window ac unit that barely works. Half of the hot air the ac makes gets put back into the apartment. And with the window unit on I can't open the window to circulate air so my entire apartment feels stale. But that's enough about AC. The trash can to throw away dog poop is constantly full, and they do not change it for months at a time. The garbage compactor and cardboard recycling area is CONSTANTLY a mess. There are disgusting sewage smells that just randomly pop up in the apartment for no reason. If the general population can't see an issue it will go unfixed. The gutters have need to be cleaned because the water keeps running over the top during even light rains. They have not been cleaned since I have moved in. They recently replaced a water heater in a neighboring apartment and they left tons of junk in the breezeway and have yet to clean it up. It's an all around terrible place to live and I would not wish it upon another living soul. The only saving grace is a particular part time employee. She has been nothing but kind toward everyone I have seen her deal with. Any time I need anything I try to go when she should be working. She always tries her best to solve any problems I bring her way. Unfortunately all of the other employees can barely get dressed in the mornings, so no matter how hard she tries nothing gets done properly.

Hello All! MUST READ BEFORE RENTING! I have been renting with Lauren's Way Apartments for 2 years, and everything was going fine until a couple weeks ago. I had an issue with a deposit. As soon as I recognized it I contacted the apartment complex and explained the situation. I told them that my direct deposite will be in just 2 days past the written date on their letter. I offered to give them a print out from my employer to show the pending deposite, and also explained that I have NEVER PAID LATE in the 2 years I've lived here.The office manager said that it doesn't matter how long I've lived here, or if I'm a good resident. She was going to file court papers against me on that date no matter what I say. Then proceeded to tell me that in addition to the late fee, I will also be charged $250 because I have to pay their attorney to file court papers. What?! She made me feel like complete garbage, and offered no consolation about the news. I told her this was a terrible way to do business, and was in complete shock that they would do this to me. I fought as hard as I could to get through to her, and she hung up on me. I reached out to the corporate office, and explained the situation to her manager...At that moment I saw where the river of poor business skills was coming from. He was demeaning in his tone, and told me that the manager at Lauren's Way is not allowed to make decisions, and she would have been written up if she didn't file court papers on me...regardless if she felt that I was going to pay. WHO TREATS A LONG TERM, GOOD RESIDENT LIKE THIS? I don't know why, but I went ahead and paid them what they wanted, and they cashed on it immediately. I am disgusted with their service and want to cut my losses and get out of here. My lease is up in 30 days and who knows what kind of games they are going to play with me for posting this review. They do not value their residents, and treat us like cattle. The reason for this is they know there is always going to be another one right behind you...so why be concerned with showing respect, or good customer service to hard working residents? What a shame. If you still choose to rent from Lauren's Way Apartments just remember that they will chop your head off the second you have trouble, regardless as to how committed you are. I advise never cutting them any breaks for things they do not follow through with, they will never cut you one.

Trudy I'm really starting to think they love high turnovers just think how much free money they get for deposits, application fees and all the extras before you even get a key to the door
