Car was does great job cleaning tough spots like tires and hub caps. Vacuums with super suction and long hoses. Great group of staff to help when I mess up the key pad to enter the carwash.

When this location first opened it was great. For the last yr not so much. They should service the machines more with the amount of traffic and money that is made here. The car wash doesn't do a good job washing the back of your vehicle, the tire shine is never working with any of the upgraded packages. The vacuums are always broken. We are not really getting what we came here for and that's a clean car.

This was the first time I've used the carwash at this location and I have to say I wasn't very impressed with the wash done on the wheels. Knowing that the carwash at the other location doesn't clean my rims well, I did what I do at the Wake Forest location which is ask them to clean the wheels prior to my entering the carwash. The person who cleaned the wheels on the left side did a great job but the person on the right didn't. I may give this place another try in the future but for now I'll stick with using other locations.

Great spot to get a perfect wash! My car never gets clean after my up north trips(salt) This place got rid of the gunk in one wash! And the top wash gives you another wash in a few days!
