I went there looking for a crème. The salesperson knew nothing she wasn’t even wearing a name tag. I asked her about a product to which she replied “it does whatever the Sephora website says it’s does”. The staff here is beyond unprofessional some manager type who wasn’t wearing a name tag came to help me and asked me be respectful. I asked for someone who could help me! She then said we have some people in training. Why didn’t the salesperson say she was in training! HORRIBLE energy at this location will never return! And will let this be known. Sephora has lost a customer for ever! I am sure they were racially profiling me as well. That manager lady was rude and disgusting!

Yes that is true. If you are a beauty insider and purchase the items with it you can return it with in 60days. Any thing over 60 days even with the receipt is store credit.
