Coming from Texas this Sephora is amazing. All the luxury items were in store to actually try out and more. I was offered help a few times. The cashier lady with my same last name was very nice and friendly!

Huge store with affordable and high-end cosmetics. Staff is more than great and very helpful. No waiting lines to enter and regardless of how long the cashier line is, it moves very fast. They provide an excellent service to anybcustomer seeking always customer satisfaction

I won't be coming back to this location. Staff are not the most helpful. I've been to other locations where staff are definitely better. I needed a color match and after having all these colors on my wrist, I asked for something to wipe it off with but staff just walked off. Told me just look on the sides for tissue. In another aisle, I asked for a new setting spray. Another staff said the display was new but I know it was used. It was opened & unsealed. After I paid, the cashier just handed all my items to me. I had to ask for a bag to put them all in. Like hello is this a grocery store where I have to bring my own bag now?! And to top it all of, they don't validate parking. They told me to go to Nordstrom to get parking validation.

Great experience! I went because my go-to foundation had changed their formula, so I wanted to try it and a couple others. Staff greeted me right away to ask if I needed help and what with. They called over an associate who listened to what I was looking for and answered all my questions. I wanted a few samples to take home and try, and Analisa made sure we found the right shade for me, put together three samples, and labeled them on the bag for me, shades included. She also emailed me the products she sent me samples of. I never felt pressure to buy something then and there, which was much appreciated since I wanted to try each sample at home before deciding. She also explained to me what kind of coverage to expect from each sample. It was a very quick and efficient experience. I usually avoid going to the store in favor of shopping online, but it’s great to know that I can quickly and efficiently be helped at this store. Would recommend highly!
