As a new homeowner I panicked when I saw a puddle forming around my hvac, after reaching out to a few different companies I went with Apollo and I’m glad I did (mind you this was around 9am on a Saturday). Kim was incredibly friendly and very approachable. After he completed diagnostics he walked me through how the system works and the things to do to keep it up and running. I really appreciate him taking the time to do that and not just taking the money and run. Very reasonable rates and excellent customer service. They just gained a life long customer!

We needed to have a new toilet installed, and asked our Realtor, Chris Olson at ACRE Realty for a recommendation. He referred us to Apollo, so I gave the company a call. A friendly voice assured me that they could send someone out for an estimate, so we set up a time. Rob and Jon came out the following week. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge and decided to go ahead and have them do the work. While they were here, Rob asked if we had any questions about anything else we were concerned about, and my husband mentioned our ancient water heaters (both well over 30 years old); we've never had them drained, and Rob told us that we shouldn't do it because of their ages. Neither he nor Jon pressured us in any way, but told us that the chance of our 80-gallon tank and our 50-gallon tanks could cause quite a mess if they were to leak. 80 gallons of water all over the floor wouldn't be a pretty sight, and the smaller one could leak into walls. Again, we didn't feel pressured in any way, but decided to take Rob's advice and replace the water heaters as well as the toilet, and not take any chances of really major/expensive repairs. Rob and Jon came back about ten days later, and did all the work. It took an entire day, and they did a terrific job. They were professional and friendly, wore masks and booties inside our house, and worked very efficiently. They even put a mat outside our door to wipe their feet on before coming inside. They cleaned up completely after they were finished with all the installations. It turned out that our water heaters were corroded and rusty on the bottom, so it was a good decision to replace them. Yes, it was a big expense, but we feel that our peace of mind was worth it. I have nothing but highest praise for Apollo Plumbing. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and Rob and Jon did a great job for us. They explained everything that we'd need to know, answered all our questions, and treated us with courtesy and respect. They were on time both times they came out. We wouldn't hesitate to call Apollo Plumbing for any future need that we have. Thank you all for your great service.

I needed leak detection help. Until last week I didn't even know there was such a service. I contacted five companies via Yelp and Apollo was the only one to respond who had time. Payton checked in with me first and was much more knowledgeable than I expected.Kyle came out the next day and spent nearly four hours which made me appreciate their flat rate even more. He narrowed the problem down, gave me a verbal review, made a couple of other recommendations I had not considered which were extremely helpful. He wore his mask the whole time at my request, made sure I understood the charge, and the discount coupon on their website and left me with a suggested action plan and a folder full of helpful information. When I asked him if this recommendation is what he would tell his own mother, he gave a thoughtful confirmation. These days this kind of service is unheard of. Yes, he put a sign in my front yard. People in my neighborhood need to know there are good companies still out there. I'm in a bit of shock that I have finally gotten to the bottom of a mystery problem. I'll call them first next time.

Mike and Brendan did a great job on our home. Their bid was reasonable and they were very communicative and respectful. We had a new water heater installed, in addition to a full basement re-pipe and new service from the water meter into our house. A 3 day project finished on schedule with high quality workmanship. They were even able to rearrange the project schedule when an unforeseen roadblock was encountered, and still finished on time. I highly recommend these folks and will call again with any future plumbing needs.
