I'm still waiting for my lashes its been almost a month, and when I purchased them it said 3-5 business day n when I contacted them they said that the site said there was a delay, but that was not what it said when I purchased and I double checked cuz I needed them for a vacation that has now passed n now I wish I would have read the reviews instead of just looking at the stars...I will definitely update my post when I finally do receive them hopefully with more stars 🤞

I wanted to love these lashes, they were really pretty and after watching multiple videos because the lashes did not come with any written instructions, I somehow got the pieces on after about 20 minutes per eye. I wear lashes on a daily basis and have applied lash extensions on myself and I struggled with these. The two parts I’m most dissatisfied with is the time frame it took for the lashes to fall off. In less than 24 hours, I went through two pairs of lashes. I didnt need to use to the removal, some pieces came off and the others easily just lifted off. For a ten day guarantee I find it very off that it only took 24 hours for two pairs to fall off. My lashes from Walgreens last MUCH longer and are much stronger. I also did not have the option not to purchase the $15 eye mask. I did not receive the mask and their customer service was super rude and didn’t want to give me a refund for it. I did end up getting the refund but I had to explain that I did not get that or the promotional mirror. I was not given a refund for the lashes or kit. I’m super disappointed here and will not purchase again.

Scam. Been waiting for over a month and they still haven’t mailed out the product. I reached out to the company multiple times and on one of the occasions I was told my package was delivered and when I said they were mistaken since my tracking number still only said that the prepaid label was created (meaning it hasn’t even been dropped at the post office) they completely ghosted me. Edit: I ended up getting the product about a month after this review and the product is literally hard to use and looks fugly on. Also I ended up seeing one of their ads on Instagram and people were asking opinions on if the kit was worth the money, I answered and told someone no and instantly I was blocked by moite on Instagram.
