This Site is Price Gouging with Bad Service & Food. Within 1 Year I have experience the ☕️ Coffee Price increase at lease 4 times in the Past Year. Owners/Mangement continue to use Covid as Justification. It's a Coffee Caintainer that has the availability to make multiple Cups of Coffee so why in the H_ _ _ they continue to increase the Price is Ridiculous, it's just Colored Water that even doesn't have a Consistent Flavor. I for 1 Will No Longer let them continue to take a Advantage of My Consumer Rights.

Inside is still locked even after the world has gotten back to work after Covid. Honestly this is a way for the employees to do less work. Yesterday I came inside for the first time. Everything was fine got my coffee in under 5 mins. Not today, different set of employees. Doors are locked. I was even motioned to go to the drive thru. If I was the owner I would be questioning my sells.

This place is a trainwreck. The staff has a hard time hearing what you are saying so you get abominations like this. Asked for a ham and cheese on a plain bagel and got ham and cream cheese. To try and get it corrected without going through the broken, busted, and busy drive-through again, you are locked out. The signs all say they are open as long as you wear a mask but the doors are completely locked. All those working there seem to be students who are just there for a other part-time job, don't really care, and either half-wear a mask or don't wear one despite the fact that the drive window is only one foot from the car. All around a terrible experience.
