Worse store ever. I ordered online and went to pick up at 5:30 pm, there was a handwritten note taped to the door that said sorry we are closed due to family emergency, please call customer service for refund. Waited on hold for 35 minutes. Went back next day to get the pizza I ordered and was told That I had to call customer service by a very rude cashier. I explained how I was on hold for 35 minutes, she asked me to leave store. Lost customer for life. Reviews are 3 stars, generous

Such horrible service gave our order away 2x we waited an hour and they asked us what they wanted us to do like it was ourc fault. we will call corporate in the morning. What a joke of an establishment. Incompetent workers or are they high? You can decide if you want to venture over and wait an hour for food. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Very rude! My pizzas are supposed to be extra cheese. They reheated these pizzas and they are cold and hard. The girl at the counter has a very bad attitude. I believe her name is Aireal J

Staff Very unprofessional. A worker sat on her phone with Door Dash regarding her order that was cold upon delivery. I placed the order at 3:24 pm and was told by precious it would be ready in 15-20 min. I received the pizza 3:59 terrible service
