If I knew the names of some of the staff that work here I will write their names. Out of all the staff that works here only 2 of them are really nice. .that pharmacy needs to Get their act together .one day someone will make them learn how to treat customers with respect .I seen it happen back in 1990 in that store ..to many robberies tho ..

You have time to spare? Well this store really makes you waste your time. I know its located in Watts and I understand why 70% of the items are under lock but literally 90% of the makeup brands are gone! There was a line of 8 people including myself and only one register was open. All the employees were just walking around and seeing how big the line was getting and they just thought it was funny. I worked in customer service for years and the service at this location is unacceptable.

The Express Pick up process is a complete waste of time and the reason why I will no longer use CVS pharmacy and all my prescriptions will be transferred immediately. As a person living with a chronic pain condition spending 1.5 hours at pharmacy 8853 in an uncomfortable chair is not healthy for my body. Pharmacy assistant/cashier "Tanya" informed me that after paying for my express pick up order online to limit my time waiting, I still had to stand in line to receive my medication. This is the one and only line, a line for both express and non-Express pharmacy orders. After 20 minutes of standing she processed my order and later confirmed that express check out did not allow me to go directly to the pick up line and instead the only benefit I was entitled to was not having to process my credit card at check out. This is completely unacceptable and CVS has officially lost all my business and that of my family and friends. All employees at this store need corporate retraining. Take your business elsewhere. Don't send your elderly family members or people with chronic pain to fill their prescriptions here.
