Was left for more than 44minutes on hold by the pharmacy on the phone to be rudely answered and hanged up on by the staff. They used to be great but ever since the other pharmacist left the pharmacy has gotten really bad when it comes to customer service.

Waiting 30min to get booster shot even though I was 10 min early. So it’s now been 40minutes. I live in the area and will never come here again. I spend at least $100 at Rite Aid every 2weeks.

The lady from the pharmacy is so rude ... i went earlier to get my prescription and they said to come an hour later and when i did they made me wait 45 mins and gave me attuide when i was attend ...somebody gotta teach karen some customers service

The staff here is very nice and helpful. Been shopping here since i was a little girl! They are always finding way to improve the store quality, and they have affordable toys for kids!

At that location..there's no telling...they are extremely slow, rude, and unprofessional...I am in hopes that your daughter gets her medicine in a timely manner...I recommend any other pharmacy in the area but that one...I will never return there.
