Karen, I repeatedly called a CVS store in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles on San Vicente Blvd., zip code 90049. I COULD NOT BYPASS THE ROBOT ANSWERING THE PHONE! HORRIBLE! I REPEATEDLY SAID, THEN YELLED: "FRONT STORE! CUSTOMER SERVICE!" THE ROBOT REPEATEDLY REPLIED, "I'M SORRY. I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOUR RESPONSE." THEN IT EERILY SAID "GOODBYE" AND DISCONNECTED MY CALL! I CALLED BACK, GOT THE ROBOT, AND PRESSED ZERO, 1, 5, 8, BUT THE PHONE KEPT RINGING, RINGING RINGING, RINGING RINGING, RINGING, RINGING, RINGING, RINGING - NO ANSWER! STOP THE PHONE BOTS! GET A HUMAN TO ANSWER CVS STORE PHONES IF THEY WILL!
