Everyone's experience is different. I have encountered bad service from people of different backgrounds and beliefes. Since the world is a ghetto, we all should be patient and understanding of someone that might be having a bad day. However, Rudeness and biais is no excuse for bad service. Hi Yvette. Yes there are new faces. Unfortunately in retail, sometimes the turnover can be high when dealing with kids who are in school, etc. There is a completely new crew in training so we may need to tighten up that lemonade a bit. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. It's a learning process and we're trying to make sure they get it right. They don't use mixes for the lemonade, it's freshly squeezed so sometimes it can take a certain finesse. We hope you come back for another cup to see our progress.
