I should preface that I live here so I'm critical. Advertises, "Dog friendly." True but small dogs not...forget it. It's unfortunately not always people friendly. The POA President is a POS, and the Lakes HOA Board need spines. On top of that both entities boldly state, " We can do anything we want." That's A. Not true. B. It is a demeaning attitude toward the residents. My original review was honest but too critical.That said, change is always inevitable. The emanates are good, here; the neighbors are for the most part friendly. I'm use too single family homes/ neighborhoods.So this is a big change, well maintained buildings, landscaping is impeccably kept.

Peaceful community with lots of Ducks and Rabbits on the lakeside. Great homes with split floorplans, tile roofs, and painted for you. Low HOA run well. It has 2 pools and multiple tennis courts.

Beautiful area located close to shopping and dining but tucked away on a side street. Quiet and serene with so much beauty!

It's a good community, but the hospitality its horrendous I dont like their new policies for the people who are residents inside the condominium. Should put a fight into this , like we cant have our cars parked outside ... but trucks for personal business can park inside the garage .that's a shame. Them has to be park in the edge of the house not inside someone garage.
