Go for the veggie sides, they are spot on and good. 3 or 4 sides make a meal of it. Treat yourself to good food! (yea, I'm vegetarian, you could tell?) Good service, too.

I have no idea, haven't been there in a while, call ahead and ask them why do they close that early
They are a general sports bar with a number of TV's playing various sports games at all times. I would expect they would not have a problem putting a specific game on for you, but as the site says "Make sure to contact the bars prior to your arrival to make sure they are a Minnesota Vikings watch party bar". You'll need to call the bar before you go to make sure they can get your game.
