If you would like to be woken up every morning before 9am perfect place to live. They wake you up to loud and unnecessary machines every morning they cut the grass every week with no regard to the tenants that live here.. it would make more sense to wait at least until 10 am but absolutely not 7am SHARP so if you have small kids or work at night I’d suggest somewhere else.. oh and the pest control fee is pointless it’s spiders galore!

Giving it a 2 star for the maintenance men we have on this site.. 💗The maintenance men are the nicest people you will meet in this neighborhood but unfortunately the complex management and office workers are absolutely useless.. Not even over exaggerating but Management and everyone else in the office changes at least once every 6 months ... They don't solve any problems tenets may have, they never answer the phone or deal with the concerns residents.. all in all they don’t care, they just here for a check! 😑 SAD. Won’t be renewing my lease... ✌🏾

Absolutely beautiful layout, but this is the glorified hood with a luxury payment! I've been here about 5 months and I can't wait until my lease is up to get out of here. The walls are extremely thin! I can hear the neighbors under me, over me, and beside me. I have to cut my TV up to drown out the noise of my new 3rd floor neighbors!! I'm constantly awaken all night from their walking, stomping, and door slamming! Most of the time I don't even want to come home because there is no peace and quiet. The kids with no supervision run up and down the stairs until about 12:00a.m. every night. The person above me smokes and recently dropped ashes in my hair!!!! I've considered breaking my lease but I was told it would be $3000. I absolutely hate it here at this point. So ready to go!!!!!!! Yes the people in the office are very nice!

The tenants are loud and rude. The children throw rocks in the parking lot the size of your fist and destroy the the trees and bushes. Neighbors play loud music in their cars after midnight on weeknights. They litter and refuse to clean after their pets. There is drug use and drug sales. People from other complexes and neighborhoods come to use what is supposed to be a private pool. Trash is left in the parking lots and outside of the dumpsters. The tenants will fight and argue out in the parking lot at all hours. There are also people who drag race in the parking lots at midnight. This is no different than living in low income housing. There is no respect for others in this complex. Definitely not "high living" as they claim. The maintenance man is one of the nicest people you will meet but the complex management and officer workers are absolutely useless. Management changes at least once a year but they don't solve any problems and don't address tenant's concerns.
