They were short on servers the day I went with friends. However, you would only know it because you saw one server on the floor. The service for my group and everyone else I saw was excellent. Drinks continued to be refilled and the food came out hot and fresh. It was an excellent day. I heard no complaints while there and our server kept a smile on her face. I paid by kiosk. The only complaint I had was the typing on the kiosk was not working well enough to leave a review there.

Ridiculous. I have never had a good encounter here. Ever. Today was the last straw. I come from a large family and my younger brother wanted to have a nice dinner with the a few of the family and a friend. Together there were 9 of us and a high-chair. Almost the entire restaurant was empty and it was not even 6pm on a weekday. No holiday or nothing. They refused to serve us. We said we would just do 2 separate families or just get 2 separate tables that they didn’t even have to push together. They continued to refuse to serve us. Granted we are a blended family/group and we believe that had nothing to do with it but the fact that they flat out refused to serve us while other families were eating and some were waiting to be seated. This was the last straw. Not even giving a reason as to why you will not serve us? Personally, on top of all previous experiences I nor my family will be walking back into those doors or restaurant again.

One star only because the food tasted good. The waitress was terrible. Got our order wrong, couldn’t handle refilling our drinks all the while she chatted up the table next to us, looking at pictures on their phone and bringing them drink samples. We had to literally walk to the bar which was unmanned and then to the entry of the kitchen to ask for refills. Other customers near us experienced the same. Terrible

I had the Buffalo Chicken Salad, Egg rolls and a Staycation as I waited for my food. All my food was amazing. This is one of my favorite chili's. I eat here a lot and I enjoy the atmosphere. ❤️ Their food is amazing and SOME of the staff is friendly. The Togo Staff I interacted with seems new and it made it had to explain to them what I wanted. They def need more practice and training 🤷🏾‍♀️ But the food was great 🙂
