Waited an hour after placing my order to tell me they don’t deliver to my address. I’m 1.7 miles from this location. If you didn’t want to deliver my order you could have just said so. UPDATE: 1:33 AM a Dominos delivery car was seen IN my neighborhood delivering. But my address isn’t close enough? One street over? Same neighborhood?

I was in Knightdale for a business meeting and we needed lunch for one of the groups. I made an order online but then called the shop because I had a special request. The phone was answered promptly and the employee was very friendly and accommodating. I was so satisfied by the service that I made another order at 3pm for more pizzas. I wish there were names on the receipts or I would recognize those employees by name.

I stopped by last week to pre order 11 pizzas for my sons school to be delivered today at 11am. I was told by an employee to call at 9am to make payment the day of because I could not prepay there a week early. I have called numerous times to pay and keep getting hung up on. Someone picked up and stated “we don’t open until 10, call back then” and click. The others were just picked up and hung up immediately. Do not tell your customers to call at a certain time if you will not be picking up the phone to take payment.

Update May 7, 2022: About a week after Kyle (the owner apparently?) responded to my first review as you can see, I emailed him about the issue. It's been since April 20 with no response. I imagine they're quick to show people on Google that they want to fix negative reviews, but the buck stops there with no follow up. Why bother? Now I have an even worse opinion of this business. Now to be fair maybe I fell through the cracks in the system or he's been on vacation for a few weeks with no email... you be the judge. Original review (~April 13, 2022): Not the first time my order has been wrong. At least two other times. Quality check really must mean nothing... This time ordered two pizzas and BOTH of them were wrong. I can understand occasionally forgetting a topping, but how is it not caught with the so-called quality check that supposedly happens? I was offered a single 2 topping medium pizza as recompense for two incorrect 3 and 4 topping pizzas... great...
