I rarely give one-star reviews, but this KFC's lunch was the worst meal I've had in years and years. I am not exaggerating. In fact, I got home and had two bouts of grossness in the bathroom. The chicken skin was rubbery, the mac-n-cheese was dried out as if left in the sun for hours, and the soda machines were giving syrup instead of soda. It was absolutely disgusting! And I've always loved KFC. The chicken was not even fit for my dog. Shame on them.

ordered the famous bowl and they put chicken crumbs in the damn bowl. didn’t taste any meat in the chicken. giving it 2 stars because the service crew in the morning is definitely better than the crew in the evening.

We had the beyond meat chicken 12 piece combo with fries. We are plant based eaters, so it was delicious. Nice to have a fast food option occasionally. How they keep it in their menu!!

We tried them after they remodeled and it was a bad experience. The chicken wasn't crispy and there's wasn't a single breast in the 8pc bucket. They forgot the gravy for the mashed potatoes and the sauces for the kid's food. This is NC, fried chicken isn't a game.
