I sat 30 minutes waiting for hot fries. They forgot I was waiting so I had to call and speak with a manager. He bought out limp fries. I then called back and was hung up on 3 time so decided to do a walk in visit. The young Hispanic manager assured me my fries were hot. Where is the customer service people. I'm 42, I know what hot fries are. Yall must do better.

Messed up the entire order. Didn't give us half our food, and the food they did give us was completely incorrect. The only correct portion of our order were the drinks causing a waste of over 15 dollars

I pulled up to the speaker in the drive-thru….all I can say is that it was a horrible experience! I kept saying, “hello?” No one answered! For five minutes! Finally someone replied, but they just said, “pull up to the next window.” Meanwhile the other speaker was taking orders and all the behind cars were now in front of me. Then I had to wait for other orders to get mine ready. Staff was laughing and inconsiderate. Besides its sanitation rating is 94.5 which is low. It’s a pity one sees it when you pay. My dog had the burger that night. Never coming here again. It took way too much time and had terrible service. Went to Burger King instead.

All right, so it's not like it's a fine restaurant. But I had a double quarter pounder with cheese and it was fantastic. It looked like the picture, it was fresh and juicy. I really enjoyed it, I had not had one in years so it was perfect.
