Was in town visiting this beautiful city and we wanted to get something quick a delicious before we ventured out for the day. We landed on The Bagel Project. This place was a delight. Fresh bagel sandwiches. Super friendly staff. And a great selection of sandwiches to choose from. Highly recommend if your looking for a quick bagel this is your spot!

Quick tips: Park along the street, as the parking lot is tiny. Also, there is no seating, so I suggest skipping the insane line by ordering online and picking up in a cart they have inside for online orders. We went on a Sunday morning and ordered one bagel with cream cheese, and a bagel sandwich. The place was slammed and our order took nearly 20 minutes. However, the staff was super friendly and profusely apologized for the wait. The bagels and sandwich were absolutely delicious. We will be back for sure, but will order online to avoid the wait and line.

Fast service and super good prices for chewy, authentic bagels! Highly recommend the veggie one with hummus and the scallion cream cheese and salt bagels were flawless. Great atmosphere and outdoor seating, too! Wish they had iced coffee

Best bagels I’ve had in Utah. The bagels, toppings and cream cheese are great. The use of local ingredients is a big plus. The staff are friendly. It’s quick. Great coffee. Ordering is simple and straightforward. What’s not to love?

The Bagel Project adheres to all county and State Covid-19 mandates. We will continue wearing masks and require customers to do the same after the mask mandate is lifted and until America has been fully vaccinated. We take Covid-19 very seriously. Each employee completes a Covid-19 health check questionnaire prior to beginning their shift, which also includes a temperature check. We changed our business model for online ordering and pick up only. Customers enter our establishment wearing a mask to pick up their order. Loitering is not permitted.
Hi Richard, good to hear from you. We open the online store the day of business operations, otherwise we sell-out by 9am each morning and can't keep up with the volume. We are open from Tuesday - Sunday, 7:30am - 2pm or until we sell-out. However, we are closed this week, returning next Tuesday, October 6. Sorry for any inconvenience you experienced.
