It's been almost 5 months I have been training at CKO. great experience. The best part is different trainers bring something different in their coaching. Most of them go deep into the technique while all make it a point to push the limits of the trainees. Any suggestion could be if something could be done to imitate the actual combat experience every now and then

I have been a member of CKO since 2020. It is one of the BEST in Jersey City. The classes are fun, energetic and you can learn at your pace. They have great instructors, each one of them bring their own style and teach new techniques. They keep you motivated and push beyond your limits. And the gym is clean and maintained very well. I moved of the city recently and I really miss going to CKO! Highly recommend this place.

Hello. It’s all street parking I this neighborhood. We don’t have a parking.
$89 per month if you take a yearly membership. They also have 3 and 6 months memberships that cost a little higher.
