Great 2 day fishing trip for the Buss Mechanical guys from Idaho we caught salmon lingcod rockfish and crab captain Chet and deck hand Robert did awesome for us Robert was the best deck hand ever he was on it and he netted 2 salmon at once awesome guy best EVER thx for a 2 day adventure with lots of memories we will be back for sure

Went for a bottom fishing trip out of Newport with 9 people in our party. The process was smooth getting on the boat with a nice safety brief on boat. We limited out in an hour and a half. The crew on the boat were helpful and funny. Definitely recommend giving them a try. Lot's of fun and the fishing was great.

We had such an amazing time, we’re already planning trip #2 before we pulled out of the parking spot! The crew was great, the agent at the front was sweet and helpful and my family enjoyed every second. We were lucky enough to be on the boat with two amazing other families that added to our GREAT experience. This trip we did the bay crabbing charter, next time we are going to be more adventurous and try halibut. At any rate, I’m rambling.. if you’re thinking twice about “is this the place”, “should we book it”.. the answer is YES!

Depends on the trip. If your talking about a 4 hour near shore, probably. Best way is to call them at least 24 hours in advance.

I believe they only do crabbing on a seasonal basis. When the season is open, they do crabbing on fishing trips and whale watching trips.
I believe Tuna is in season. All above responses are good. Best to call them the NEWPORT TRADEWINDS for actual results.

My experience over the years has been excellent great company i have been on all the boats and i had the same experience. A FISHING TRIP I WON'T MISS IT FOR NOTHING.

Only went for a burial at sea. These guys are wonderful. I would come back to fish with them..
The halibut fishing is great. The crew on the enterprise is the best
