Competent food but 63 minute ticket time. Friendly staff but very few of them are trained or have a clue what to do. Interesting wardrobe choices as well. One server was wearing flip flops I am not kidding. Embarcadero has never been 4-star but it definitely calls for a higher level of professional appearance and service.
