Only children under the age of 2 are free to enter the concert. 12 and under get in to the Fair for free but not the concert.

Well if you buy a ticket to a concert you've paid for admission. If you are talking about the fair they have some free concerts but you have to pay admission to get into the fair.

Would of been the bull riding championship. Friday and Saturday 1/7-1/8/2022. I believe brewfest is this coming weekend. 1/15-1/16/2022

Every concert is different. The expo doesn't put on the event, it only provides the facility. You'll have to check with concert people.
