Happily able to update my review after the initial appointment fun. I meet with their new sales rep Tim as he was wandering the neighborhood were I explain the frustration with the initial appointments and he scheduled one right there. This time there was an email confirmation and there installer Marcus showed up. Doing good so far. Evan better was Marcus looked at my special situation with the conduit pulls under ground and was totally willing to do it! Had to schedule out a few weeks, but I was happy to wait. He showed up again! (yes, I am happy just to hear from folks at this point). The pulls when great and the speeds are not completely at the 1G down (was 580/194), but that is already better then my Spectrum down of 400 and blows the 40 Upload away. The huge difference is the ping. I ran 7-11 with Spectrum and getting 3...3!!!! making latency better than half. Anyways, looking forward to seeing how the service ages. Thanks again to Marcus, Tim, and Kenny.

Eddie came out and did our install quick and painless. He was extremely kind and efficient. By far the best service I have experienced during any install. Unlike Spectrum, Hunter Communications and Eddie went above and beyond to get us up and running. Give this man a raise, its not everyday you get a employee that is as dedicated and hard working.

Installation was done by Eddie. Eddie showed up quite early which worked out well for me but he was more than willing to come back if the time was not convenient. Once we determined where the line was going into the house at, Eddie explained what he needed to do and how long it was going to take him. His schedule was right on the mark and when he was done he took the time to explain the components and how they worked. I've switched from Spectrum to Hunter Communications, I'm very confident I've made the right choice and will recommend others to do the same.

We are very happy. Tom came out to install and he was very professional, incredibly knowledgeable and super helpful. I would definitely recommend Hunter Communications (especially Tom) to anyone who is thinking of getting away from Spectrum! They are faster and at a much better, locked in price.
