Not very clean too pricey not worth it. May as well just go to the grange. And they don't honor their pricey price tags.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The only Nursery in Southern Oregon my family goes to! Always so helpful! Also they have the best hanging flower baskets you can custom make!

I stopped by here on my drive home to Eureka, California from Boise, Idaho. I didn't get the chance to buy some succulents from Idaho, so I stopped here 12 minutes before closing because I was afraid I was going to lose my last chance to get succulents before heading home. Despite it being late, the staff was so kind and helpful and they walked me over to the succulents and gave me the prices. I got lots of beautiful, large and healthy succulents for reasonable prices! I highly recommend shopping here and I hope to come back soon!

My wife and I have just purchased a new home in Medford and are of course spending lots for landscaping. We have used your White City location once for plant purchase and were quite happy with our purchase and the attention given by your yard folks. Today, April 8th, our daughter visited the same White City location and noticed Pineapple Guava plants with $24.99 printed on the tags. She then asked if we could drive out and purchase one for her and we planned to purchase two for ourselves along with many more various plants. When the yard person told us the price was a mistake and the actual price was $79.00 and you would not honor the printed price on the plant, we immediately walked to the office to ask the manager if he would honor the price on the tag on the plants. The manager said, to paraphrase, "the plants will not scan at $24.99 and I will not sell them at the price on the tag as it is a mistake". We then asked him to reconsider and he responded to the negative. At that point, we decided we needed to take our not inconsiderable business elsewhere and told the manager so. His response was an amazing "GOOD". We were polite the entire time and felt there was no need to speak to us in that manner and were quite surprised. I have been in business myself for many years and have had employees mistakenly price items , but I ALWAYS ate the error in hopes the customer would recognize how much I valued them. Clearly your manager does not care if we return. As one of my first employers said in a similar situation, "If I treated my customers like that, I wouldn't have any". Well, your manager is getting his wish, fewer customers.
