The halibut fishing is great. The crew on the enterprise is the best
Well if you get sea sick easily take Bonine the day before and day of. Other than that wear something you don't mind getting wet or bring a rain suit to wear over your regular clothes. Bring a lunch and maybe sunscreen lol oh and something to keep hydrated. You'll be out there for quite some time. Be patient and have fun. Ask lots of questions cus that Captian and deck hands know a lot. And have fun. Bring money to have your fish fillet and packaged for you unless you want to take your fish whole home with ya. And if you're traveling bring a water cooler or ice chest to keep your fish frozen while you travel back home. It is some work to fish, travel, pack your lunch around and what not, but it's an experience I do every year just because of the time I get to do something out of the ordinary. If anything it's worth the experience. But that's my two cents from my experiences and I've gone two years in a row.
Cap'n Waddell of the Misty was a great host and his crew were knowledgeable and very helpful.
The captain and crew on the Ilwaco Indian are wonderful!!! I had the time of my life and every time I've gone out with them everyone has gotten their limit!
