I was in a one-bedroom one-bathroom for 3 years. I was in the back of the building so I don't have an opinion for the two bedroom two bath in the front of the building that has been renovated. I would say this is a great apartment if you don't have a lot of money. Utilities are included and so is Wi-Fi. The air conditioning is controlled by the front office so when I gets really hot please buy a really big fan. I mean if the house is not shaking your not cold enough. I have had a couple of negative experiences at this apartment and I've had great experiences as well. One of the most memorable is when I put down a deposit for two-bedroom one-bathroom but was informed way too late that they had already given away the apartment. I had asked if I could could move out but I would be required to pay a fine because I did not provide a 60-day notice. Which I feel is unfair because they notified me too late. We did stay for another year and was able to maintain a good at home/ work life. A tree also fell during a bad storm onto someone else's apartment it took a couple of months for them to fix it. Again I would say this is a really good apartment if you are on a budget. But don't pay for anything over $1,000. When I had turned in the keys they informed me of the major changes they'll be making in about a year. So this may not be fair. I would che k im a year crom now. But they do have ALOT of vacancy

Oh Sedona springs… where to start. First off I can say that the management is not to blame but this is only because within the 4 years of living there I believe only 1 that lasted more than 12 months.. on my walk through out the new manager asked if I had “experienced” any roaches or bugs and proceeded to say “well we do live in Arizona there will be bugs.” Supposedly they “just” hired a new exterminator so maybe it will change but this apartment complex has units that are INFESTED! Good luck inviting guests over without asking them to rinse their dish first. Next whatever you do try your best to not have any maintenance issues because it’s a joke and your better off googling how to fix it yourself or paying someone to actually fix it before your lease it up. All in all I can say Sedona was a good place for my children and I considerably .. they are dog friendly and overall the community feels safe, but definitely not worth the price jump to $900 for less than 400 sq feet. Sorry Sedona but hopefully you guys can make changes with this management and good luck to the tenant considering renting.

I live at these apartments and i CANT WAIT until my lease ends! One big thing they neglect to tell you is they turn the ac off on you FOR MONTHS straight. Not to mention we live in a town where it reaches 100 degrees. My wife and i dread coming home because its SO HOT in our apartment. We cant enjoy being home anymore. I would love to turn on the A/C and chill out, but the only thing i can turn on is the heater. Its 90 degrees in my house every day and we get nose bleeds super often. My lease ends soon and i am getting as far away from this place as i can. Anyone that is looking into this place DONT. Take my word for it.

I just recently rented at Sedona Springs, and the experience was smooth and simple due to the excellent service of Macrina C. and Renee H., whom you will meet in the leasing office. They both were helpful and responsive through the entire process. They were able to answer all of my questions and were always happy to help, never annoyed that they had to put in the work to help me. I have seen other reviews praising leasing/office staff whom I have not met; you can rest assured that even if those folks are gone, this company seems intent on staffing quality people who are eager to serve the community.
