I helped my daughter move in today. Such a nice place with impeccable landscaping. Her apartment is nice and big. Maintenance did a great job in the turn over. My understanding is that the management team is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

An amazing apartment complex. We've lived here 7 years and have never seen a better team. Jesus in maintenance is one of the greatest guys we've seen with the complex. He is kind and never judgemental. He listens when things are broken and doesn't just make sure it looks fixed, he makes sure it is. He took care of something that previous maintenance had just brushed off as not an issue.

Application Process: Finding ourselves in a jam for a place to call home while we look for a house. The staff at Dorinda Vista has been accommodating and patience. Competitive leasing options, especially for the area of town. Tour of the complex and grounds exceeded expectations for a 20 year old property. Maintained and clean. Our family is split up during this transition and it's difficult to gather all with no conflicts. Joseline and Jennifer have been kind and understanding during a stressful time. We are finally all set to move forward... They've been been extremely flexible with us for move in. Final signatures this afternoon and we get the keys to our Casita. Thank you ladies! ❤️

Carol, the apartment manager, made an oral agreement without reviewing it with her supervisor and after paying the Trustee to provide several additional documents, the supervisor is refusing the application. The campus is pleasant, however, the pool and hot tub is green ponds smelling foul. If they reply, ignore them, they are just trying to save face and I am simply giving warning.
