There's a problem with everything, constant water shut offs, wifi is iffy (only cox), and they just raised the prices ridiculously so, and on top of everything there's a whole list of dog breeds not allowed - pick a lane hilands. Overall a sketchy place with sketchy people

I’ve lived in many apartments and these ones are definitely one of the worst I’ve ever lived in. The first day I moved in I realized the walls are paper thin you can hear everything your neighbor is saying, you can even hear when their shower is on, when they turn the stove on, and every little step they take. Not even a month after moving in we discovered MANY cockroaches and called to have an exterminator come and spray which took a total of five days. The office staff is completely rude as well, there was a fuse blown in my bathroom and bedroom which I called about several times, I got told maintenance would come and fix it the same day and they never did, after I called to put in the maintenance order yet again they told me it wouldn’t be that weekend they would come and fix it and after expressing how upset I was about this I was then hung up on. I’ve been about three days without electricity in my bathroom. The gates are never closed and the parking situation is absolutely ridiculous, I would never recommend moving into these apartments.

As a first time tenant I’d just like to say I enjoyed living here (2 years). The area has great views, great location, and the leasing office was awesome with communication all the way from the beginning to end by either phone or email which you can email them through your portal. As a starting out apartment I was always happy with my apartment. I’d like to share tips newer residents sign up for notifications from the complex in regards to any water shut offs because those really mess up your whole day. Another tip is to download the TEP app to get notifications about the power outages that may occur, it also gives you estimates on when they can get everything running again. Another thing is if you live on the top floor (which I did) the A/C will run and it sounds like you’re taking off in a plane but honestly I got used to it. But the appliances are outdated for sure. They allow pets but there is breed restrictions. Other than that I’d recommend this place for anyone interested but of course always take a tour before you decide! I’d like to thank the leasing team and the maintenance team for all they do.

I've lived here 9 months and have been overall very pleased with this complex! I have gorgeous mountain views, access many nice amenities including well kept pools, and the ability to walk with plenty of safe and welcoming space outdoors. A very pet friendly community with reasonable fees. Some of the office staff, specifically Lauren and Jamie, have gone above and beyond, both with move-in as well as taking care of me if I need anything. (I highly recommend seeking out one of these women, as not all office staff are as accommodating.) I wish I could provide five stars, but some downsides have included minimal maintenance support, frequent water shut-offs, and recently added small, sharp gravel covering the dog park. Thankfully this complex is only a few minutes drive from some great community dog parks. If you're someone who has a cat or who enjoys taking their dog on long, scenic, safe walks around the neighborhood, this could be perfect for you!
