This apartment area is one of the most worst places to live at I do not recommend staying here at all. It has a roach infestation that they never helped to get rid of. There is mold in our bathroom that we’ve asked for help to get rid of. They have horrible maintenance. They have shut the water off and won’t turn it on even if asked. The employees here are very very rude. A lot of items we have had never been fixed at all no matter how many times we asked them for help. If I could rate this less then a zero I would. Again do not ever come to live here.

Very nice place. They have a park right next to them.with a public pool and a work out place in the park .nice place to live.

If I could give it 0 stars I would my mother has lived on this property just over a year now and whewwww is this place by far the worst. My mom moved here from Tempe to help while I work and go to school, we found this place before getting to Tucson and in the pictures and virtual tours it looked just amazing (COVID virtual tour was all offered) but upon moving in the beauty ended quick she went 10 months without oven racks 3 months with leaking ac and two falls from it roaches so bad they patrol the outdoor grounds as if they pay the bills mostly due to the disrespectful monsters that roam around breaking everything they touch and trash and food they toss around. lucky she didn’t have a roach problem in home until the neighbors all moved out and the homeless from the camp started breaking in and living in the empty apartments repeatedly or smoking pills in the laundry room spending entire days charging their phones and getting High so you can’t do laundry without their presence they break in to your storages and after weeks of complaining about absolutely no lights in the back of the complex still nothing has been done. Add a little black mold and a major bed bug infestation in the middle buildings and your living In hells ritz Carlton! Don’t be fooled by the new gate that barely works, don’t let the boards they nailed to the original mess that was already there and the paint they slapped on this place fool you DO not pay over 1000 for this place it’s barely worth the 800 they charge already please save your self some time and frustration and just look elsewhere
