Mass exodus with CalCap "CalCrap" refusing to renew and raising rents ridiculously. I have three empty apartments near me. No one is staying. Some are moving into the renovated units. Cruel capitalism. I have had 5 types of pest infections with new management. It was a deal before, but now forget it. They can't be bothered. We had roaches falling from vents. It's since they changed the boiler all types of infestations have been migrated. Our maintenance is nice but elderly and has seeing issues. Nice isn't the issue. This apartment is now greedy and incompetent. I would leave but I know if I break my lease even with their agreement, they will find more ways to charge me. Same old, same old. It'll take this company's own financial demise to teach them that people can't afford their 50% rent spike. They did this to everyone after a few months I have moved here. The tenants are sour and salty. Don't expect to make friends or be treated like a human being.

Everything was great until the apartments got bought out by a new management company. The new owners have not shown me or previous tenants how they are good for the apartments or for the renters. The lack of maintenance afterwards was horrible and the office people were rude and frankly UnKnowledgeable about pretty much everything and they even lost record of my rent check I gave them and made me find proof that I paid them when THEY LOST MY MONEY. All the apartments had horrible roach problems. And they want to raise the rent so high that everyone is moving out. Me and my husband definitely left and so glad we did. I wonder were they are gonna get there money if they keep driving people out. I still know people there and I’ve heard nothing but bad things since we left. They may be renovating but that doesn’t change that they don’t care about the people just the money.

horrible experience on trying to move out. Im on my honeymoon trying to get straight up with my last payment which is supposed to be a fixed rent, online still charging me the whole month i tried to call them, and emailed them, i even had a friend go over to tell them and they treated him so rudely and gave them the wrong email. horrible even my new appartmen couldn't get a hold of them.

I have been living here for almost 3 years. My experience overall has been fantastic. All the employees are friendly and very helpful. The community itself is an older one with that said it is very well maintained. Some apartments have newer appliances and other have older ones which in my opinion is not a big deal. The landscaping is very beautiful and well maintained they have a heated pool for the cold times in Tucson and have nice gas grills which I use very often. The rent is very affordable and for the price you pay I think you get everything one needs. The only thing the customer pays here is electric everything else is included with your rent. This is the first place I have rented and not had any issues with pest control. Overall I must thank the staff and management team for an awesome job they have done with the property. Keep up the good work!!!
