Omar was great! He was very amicable and well informed. He showed us one of your 2/2 extra large units and I was immediately sold! I hope to hear back from the leasing department very soon telling us we have been approved to move in the end of June. I love your place! The pool and gym are top shelf! Actually everything about the complex was outstanding and the décor is superlative! My wife and I are sure to enjoy living there.

I like the grounds and gym and pool. Karina is the manager and since her arrival the staff have all been trained well in her model. This part of Tucson is so beautiful with Mountain View’s and little noisy traffic. The apartments are very functional and modern.garages if wanted. What more could you ask for?

I normally dont write reviews but I had the best experience with the leasing staff and had to write. Julia Valles is amazing. We are moving from out of state. The move is very stressful for us. Julia held our hand the entire way with getting our apartment. She returned our calls immediately with the most amount of patience and compassion. I am also in a costumer service industry and can tell you that Encantada National is so lucky to have her.

The onboarding experience was an absolute nightmare. We had a very rude lease agent. When items were requested we loaded them to the website, the leasing agent kept telling us it was not there. Several times my husband had to hand deliver the documents. When it came to signing our lease, we logged in and completed it and received confirmation of the the completed doc. 7-days later I received a very rude phone call from the leasing agent informing me that she had made several calls regarding my lease not being signed and we were in jeopardy of losing the apartment. I took off work early to hand deliver the signed lease. When I arrived and presented her with my website confirmation of the completed lease, she suddenly was able to find it on her system. No apology for our trouble, just a rude remark, “Oh I can see it now”. As far as the apartment and the community, it is great. I have met some really nice neighbors. The grounds are well kept. Glad we stuck it out through the awful onboarding experience. We have a found a wonderful temporary home while our house is being built. I would say the community is 5-star, but the leasing experience was a bust and did not earn a star at all.

Questions & Answers

Where does a resident find information regarding move out policies? I'm trying to make sure that you and ackowleged on how to deal with turning in keys and turning over the property !

Call the office. You have to sign paperwork 60 days before your scheduled move out date and they'll come within 24 hrs to inspect your apartment. They'll do a final walk through with you when you turn in your keys or after you turn in your keys.
