I’ve been living here for almost seven years I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful office staff, manager Belca & staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have . Everyone here is courteous and friendly . A huge Thank you! I have zero complaints. I don’t ever plan on moving from here!

Apartment was nice for a decent price, but the office staff were horrible they never answer the phone and take a way longer lunch then needed. Manager as well as the other staff were very rude and made you feel like a bother going in and asking a question. The pool was hardly ever opened and when it was it was disgusting and dirty, as well as the gym that was being “remolded” for months would not recommend for anyone.

I love living here. The new manager is very organized and seems to have everything under control. My apartment was in good shape and maintenance always took care of it whenever something stopped working. Buying a house or I would stay forever.

We no longer accept Section 8 as of January 2016 because the property went market. We are no longer a tax credit property.
No the apartments are not furnished. Interior of apartments are dated and run down. Vanity and kitchen cabinets need to be replaced. It is also very noisy, people go through your laundry and your mail/packages get misplaced or lost. It lost is very difficult to find parking at times.
