The current raise in rent is 18%, basically, $200 more per month! It's been on a serious incline for years. Lots of people are moving out! While rent goes up, services have gone down, and quality of. Integrity, with the office team, has been an issue for us. (I've been upset to the extent that I have minimal contact.) This has been happening for years; I never know if they are saying what they mean, and meaning what they say. (Make sense?) It's not their fault - it's the role models they follow. And it's not everyone, all the time. I'm going public because some notes (above) to the manager, never made it to them, (a staff member admitted,) a meeting with a manager, ended abruptly, before making my complaint..., and I want to support my neighbors;)

I love the maintenance guy(s) here. They are always happy to help me and make sure everything is in working order!... These guys have always been so prompt with any service request that I have submitted in the tenant portal and or called the office! Definitely grat staff here and hard workers!

Staff is often condescending, constant outages of water and cooling and there has been absolutely no landscaping near my building in at least six months. Maintenance requests submitted online may or may not be answered. The cooling is weak, relying on the cooler alone, my apartment would never be under 85 degrees. Good school district though. The water is a huge issue. The temperature is nearly impossible to control. It’s such a first world problem and because of how inexpensive it is to live here I debated for so long if I even wanted to say anything, but it’s getting frustrating. It has taken me several minutes, several times to get the water in the shower to an appropriate temperature. I’ve also had it several times where when I do get it to a good temperature, it will very abruptly get scorching hot out of nowhere, when I hadn’t even touched the nozzles. I’ve had to get out before and rinse my hair out in the sink because I was getting burned in the shower. A “safe” burning point is 120 and we have tested the temperature before in the shower and it has hit 115, and that’s even worse when it will get that hot out of nowhere. It does the same thing with cold temperatures too. It will get ice cold out of nowhere We have asked maintenance about this before and they said there’s nothing they can do which I find slightly hard to believe because it’s 2021. Also I have 2 wasps nest outside my door I called the office and they said they'll let there pest control which won't be out till Monday a week from now. Ridiculous it will grow alot bigger in a week so now it's something I have to figure out because there are kids who play right here.

I have lived here for over 5 years and it has steadily gone downhill to the point where I am looking into breaking my lease. Water is shut off for several hours about once a month due to community leaks. Multiple leaks within my apartment currently. Maintenance has also taken a sharp decline. I don’t know if the maintenance team needs more people, but I have long outstanding maintenance issues that have not been looked into, and in the past were marked as completed despite nobody even checking the issues. Currently, window leaks are a huge concern all around the complex, and several weeks later I’m still waiting for them. Today I found a leak in my closet, where the ceiling is also caving in. So that’s great. Don’t move here. (Edit) Other things I forgot to mention. Rent consistently increases despite living conditions getting worse. If you accidentally leave your car unlocked overnight, someone will go through it. One side of the complex never has parking spots open at night and some vehicles are left taking up two spots without ever being moved. Electricity is included in rent, that’s your one positive.

Monthly rent varies by unit and amenities, like fireplace and veiw. My one bed, one bath was $646/mo when I signed the lease in June. Similar units may go for more, or less than that.
