Not sure if pinnacle heights deserves even 1 star. I called to see if I could end my lease early 3 months before my lease ended and was told that I would still be responsible to pay for all the months in the lease and they were unable to work with me at all. Even though I made it extremely clear that I wanted to end my lease over the phone, it was never entered into their system and I eventually had to pay for half a month of rent extra because they needed my move out statement in writing and I didn’t receive notice that it wasn’t in their system until 2 weeks after the expected written 60 day notice. There was no effort to try to understand my situation and try to work with me so that I wouldn’t have to pay for an extra half a month due to a miscommunication. The lease person I talked to said she would ask her manager about what could be done but she never got back to me. They also installed some carpet in the bedroom when I first moved in which looked disgusting and then they eventually charged me for replacing the carpet when I moved out. They charge outrageous cleaning fees so you will likely not get your deposit back and will be charged a lot more ontop of that. Extremely overpriced, frequently had amenities out of commission and they add random fees to your monthly cost that you didn’t sign up for. Save yourself the money and headache and look elsewhere for an apartment

I stayed here for 6 months. The staff & the management are amazing. Great people & community. Quiet & safe. The weather is cooler than Tucson. Some of the things to consider before moving in: the drive time could be long to other parts of Tucson. The water, trash.. Etc bill is too high & they make you pay extras (HOA and other hidden fees) which ends up being around a $100-$180 in addition to the rent. If you want to stay for a long time, the rent will go up too much. If you don't mind paying a high rent, this place is for you and I would recommend it.

Lived here for almost 2 years now and it’s a great complex! Friendly office staff and very prompt Maintenance employees! I placed a maintenance request to have my shower fixed last night and Andrew and Linda came this morning and took care of it in about 10 minutes:). Thanks guys!!

I spent about a week touring different apartment complexes around Tucson until settling on Pinnacle Heights. The staff is incredibly attentive to every concern, from a blinking fire alarm light, to a clogged toilet. But that's not why I chose them. The view from the apartment is unparalleled, and if you want to live in Tucson and actually see the beautiful mountains every day, this is the only (affordable, within driving distance to downtown) place I've come across. Also, the staff adores my dog.
