I moved in to a floor sinking in and it's getting bad. The apartment don't want to fix. It should of been fixed before I moved in. Manger are no help and you have to fight with them. A/C was out it with heater leaking and freeze up. You have mildew in walls and ceiling. My daughter got a allergic reaction from the apartment. You always getting sick.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Ten50 Apts. The place is infested with cockroaches and the walls here are paper thin. I'm a clean person and it disgusted me to see roaches everywhere. You can hear everything your neighbors are saying even if they are having normal level conversations. I am using a fake name because I don't want Ten50 to contact me due to how rude they are.

We have been living here all year and are so sad we have to go, we love the staff so much! James is the best maintenance man you will EVER have, I promise you, and Kenny is the best office manager you can ask for. We had a beautiful upstairs apartment with a gorgeous view and the people that live here are so sweet and friendly. Most of the dogs are very friendly here too, we and our pitties are going to miss it here so much but we had to move into a home. If you are a fan of quiet living with little to no incidents outside this is the place for you, the pool is always clean, the laundry room is always clean and the machines work great. The second story one bedrooms (like ours) have an amazing mountain view too with vaulted ceilings and sky lights. I'm going to miss this place so much, I have rented a lot of apartments and have never had such a positive experience. You are minutes away from Udall park and Udall dog park which is one of the best parks in my opinion, they have fantastic trails and most dog park guests are regulars so incidents are not a frequent occurrence. I hope this helps someone like us, who has a doggo who they love but gets turned away because they are an "aggressive" breed, this is the best place we have ever rented and we would have stayed a lot longer if we didn't need a yard and a larger living space.
