Friends lived there and this place has gotten worse. This new weak company came in making upgrades to only make it worse for residents. Th place is full of ROACHES and BEDBUGS! The people they brought in to make upgrades are the cheapest of contractors. My friends moved out recently and the bugs are just disgusting. They had to buy new furniture for their new place you can see how bad the place is by looking at the garbage area full of mattress and furniture all due to the roaches and bed bugs. They have the nerve to ask for high rent and deposit. They will not let you see an apartment for fear you will see the bugs. They try to play down the issues by not responding to the complaints. I hope the health department get called because kids are living in these apartments too. If you see those red flags out front that is a sign that danger lurks in the walls of these apartments. Don't rent here!

They are turning over the apartments and advertise all these improvements that don’t exist. Been under construction for over a year now. Has roaches and bed bugs and the office constantly changes the rules about what’s allowed and how to pay. We don’t even have a single dryer working in either of the buildings and only 2-3 washers work. Been without heat or AC for months and it’s still out. They never opened the pool for the summer either. Gates don’t work and not a great area... Don’t move here.

The fees this apartments charges potential renters is insane. Far exceeding anything else in Tucson. Don't be conned by the staff or the new renovations. They only want your money.

* please read the whole thing* I have lived here for 15 months it it has been the worst 14 months of my life but for anybody who doesn’t know the apartments are under new management and they are trying their best to clean up the disaster that they were left with I needed a new dishwasher and I finally got a brand new one the maintenance man Carlos is the most amazing human and actually cares about us as people and these are our homes And for the first time ever about an hour after Carlos left somebody from the higher up team reached out to me to make sure that my dishwasher was working and that everything was up to my satisfaction you just wait and see this place is going to be five stars before the end of this year you just Gotta give it a chance three months ago I would’ve told you to get the hell out not anymore if they continue to be this amazing I will renew my lease for a third year without question.
