On site staff were helpful and friendly in spite of my looking for only a single item (dining table) and a smallish, rather inexpensive one at that. I was kept apprised of the expected delivery date. In spite of COVID, delivery was prompt, on time, and managed by a team who offered foot coverings in addition to their masks and gloves. I really couldn't have asked for any more.

Such a wonderful store. Easy to browse, no pressure from salespeople but the are right there and helpful when you have questions. I love the furniture. So well made and attractive in any home style. The exterior fountain is really amazing and inviting to just seat and relax. I love the colorful accents.

The quality of the furniture (and fact you don't have to put anything together yourself!) is unparalleled, but what makes the experience stand out is the quality and knowledge of the staff! From the sales person Roman to the two deliver men -- Tony & Alex - inclusive of their detailed advice on how to best care for your new furniture -- simply top notch. We have never but ever had such a pleasant overall experience with a furniture store. Kudos to Copenhagen!
