I went in for a quick hair cut yesterday and I have to give a shout out to Lechianna!!! She is a hair-styling-goddess!!! She took such good care of me and my hair looks so healthy and amazing! Her attention to detail makes her a master at her art. I won't be going anywhere else for my haircuts, I'm so happy I found her.

I’m so very impressed with my hair cut! Stylist did a great job!!!!! Also I was waiting for my hair cut there was a difficult child getting a hair cut and I just want to give props to the stylist who was dealing with it. She was very patient and professional with the child. Great experience every time I have gone!

I recently took my daughter to get a haircut. We booked an appointment online a day before. When we went in for our appointment we weren't greeted by any of the hairdressers. We had to approach one of the hairdressers while she was assisting another customer. She wasn't very friendly but we waited patiently. My daughter was eventually assisted and I thought that would be the end of our problems. Once we left Supercuts my daughter started crying and said that LECHIANNA ROJO was making rude comments about how she wanted to cut her hair short. She told my daughter that she looks better with longer hair. My daughter even wanted some layers in her hair and Lechianna didn't give her any. My daughter told me that she feels uncomfortable and ugly with her new haircut. Mind you she is barely a freshman in high school. So not only did LECHIANNA disrespect my underage daughter but she didn't give her the full services I paid for. LECHIANNA'S job is to only provide her services to customers and keep her opinions to herself. We will not be returning to this establishment after being loyal customers for years. We've never had such a terrible and unprofessional experience with a hairdresser.
