I wanted a full haircut and the girl only spent 7 minutes on my head and never got it hair textured all over. So now I have to Pay another $20 to get my hair fixed so it has body and not sticking out. She fried the hair of the sides of my ears. It looks ridiculous. I will not go to this location anymore. I can't afford spending more than $20 for a Haircut. I really would like to take my tip back I gave her.

Came in today around 7pm and the stylist who cut my hair did an excellent job. She put a lot of effort into making sure my hair length was nicely blended from short in the back/sides to longer on the top.

Checked in online. Sent me a message that I was 15 minutes on wait time. Got there and was told it would be another 15 minutes. They put several people ahead of me. What is the point of checking in and putting several people ahead of you? I will never go here again. I am handicapped and it is hard for me to get there as it is.

I like their app so I can see the wait time and sign in if the timing is good for me. I have used it for a long time. They keep notes on prior haircuts, instructions also, etc. The employees change locations frequently which I don't love. Many locations so you can find one that will work for you. No appointments are necessary. Masks, hand sanitizer suggested and provided to use the touch screen for card payments.
