I called to check on my Repair, the phone system hung up on me. So I dropped by. The young man tried to help me had no clue. At this time no one has came from behind the counter to say anything. After telling the clerk that I came for answers not to sit in the lobby without be taken care of. After 15 mins. The young man came out with my Laptop. I expressed my concerns, he didn’t even acknowledge them. I serve the public Daily this was a pro example of keeping your clients informed. I won’t be back, and nor will I recommend this company.

Jason at Asurion on Bell Road inspected my phone for me since the battery life was depleting more rapidly than usual. He made some changes, gave me some instructions, and my phone works like new again! His knowledge and kindness were exceptional, and convinced me that Asurion is the only place to go for tech assistance!

Hello, We are sorry to hear about your controller. We do not typically work on controllers due to the parts being difficult to source and the repair not being cost-effective. However, we do offer free diagnostics on all devices so you are welcome to bring your controller into your local store to see if they can help!
We certainly do! There are many different models of tablet; depending on the availability of parts it may not be possible for us to repair every tablet on the market, but iPads and Samsung tablets at the very least, we are more likely than not going to be able to repair. If you have a question about a specific device, please feel free to email us or give us a call at 623-334-4349 anytime during our business hours, and provide us with the exact model number - We would be happy to give you a quote and answer any questions you might have!
No they dont
You would have to bring it in
They always says bring it in. You could probably buy a jewelry kit n fan online n do it yourself
Hello Pam, Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear about your device. I would recommend visiting your nearest uBreakiFix location for our free diagnostic service. Our technicians will have the opportunity to examine your device and provide you with a quote if it's possible to repair it. If you reply with your zip or postal code I can provide you with details for your local store. Best regards, Kaiomi
Easier you call them first to be sure
As already spoken, any retailer who specializes in work of that nature would be the place to go.
Was happy with replace my glass Galaxy 9 and worked out great with ubreakifix
I did a data transfer from a phone with a broken display to my new phone. Turnaround on that was about 3 hours.
It depends on the nature of the problem, but we can absolutely take a look at it for you! We always offer a free diagnostic, so you would be welcome to come by anytime that is convenient for you. We would run hardware and software tests to determine what kind of repair would be possible, and once we know what we are up against we would be able to offer you a quote and timeframe so that you can decide what you would like to do. There is no appointment necessary, so if that is something you would be interested in, come by anytime! You can also call us at 623-334-4349 if you have any questions.
We would be more than happy to take a look at your device for you! In a situation like yours, we would need to start by bringing the device in for a free diagnostic - We would run hardware and software tests to figure out exactly the nature of the problem you are experiencing, and based on that we would be able to determine what repairs would be possible and be able to offer you a price quote based on that. If that is something you were interested in, you would be welcome to come by anytime that is convenient for you - There is no appointment necessary, it is all first-come, first-served! If you have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call at 623-334-4349 anytime during our business hours. Have a great day, and we hope to see you!
They do you replace batteries but I don't know about that particular brand/model.
Hi! Thanks for asking us a question about your Galaxy Tab A. There happen to be a few different revisions of this model tablet. Do you happen to know what the exact model number is so we could better answer your question? Also feel free to contact us directly at 623-334-4349
We can absolutely work on liquid damaged devices! When it comes to liquid damage, we would need to start by performing a cleaning: We would bring in the device, remove any water that might still be inside it, then clean off any corrosion or rust that will have formed; once we have done that cleaning, we will be able to see whether it will be able to turn on again or not. The minimum labor charge for a successful cleaning is $49.99, but if the cleaning is unsuccessful and the device is not able to function, there is no charge for trying! If you have any questions, please feel free to email us or give us a call at 623-334-4349 anytime during our business hours!
Good afternoon! Unfortunately, when it comes to the Galaxy Tab S2, we generally are unable to offer repairs on those devices, because of the high level of risk involved in the repair. The way those devices are designed, the entry point to the device is the front screen - The glass, LCD and digitizer assembly must be removed from the front of the device in order to access and perform any kind of internal repair. The adhesive holding the glass and LCD on to the frame is extremely strong, so there is a very very high risk of the glass/LCD being damaged during the course of disassembly. If the screen were to be damaged, you would probably want to look in to getting the device replaced, because the cost of replacing the screen assembly would exceed the cost of purchasing a new Tab S2. I wish I had better news for you, but unfortunately due to the cost of those parts and the risks involved, we cannot recommend moving forward with a repair on that model of tablet at this time.
I went to see them about phones. I don't know if they do gaming devices, but you can call them.
They repaired my Huawei Nexus 6P. Give them a call. Amazing. Customer service.
For a screen assembly on an iPhone 6s, which consists of the glass, LCD and digitizer, the cost of the replacement would be $99.99 plus tax. That cost includes the part, labor, and our 90-day warranty, and it does come with a low-price guarantee. If you were interested in moving forward with that repair, you can come in anytime that is convenient for you - There is no appointment necessary, it is all first-come, first-served! We have those parts in stock and can complete the repair in 30-45 minutes. If you have any further questions, feel free to drop by or give us a call anytime during our business hours. Have a great day, and we hope to see you!
That sounds like something they could fix.
They did my Galaxy S6 battery for $90 otd.
Yes, but be aware that Samsung repairs will cost between $200-$500, typically.
